Welcome to Virtually Does It and to excellent professional
administrative and business support.
So what is a Virtual Assistant (VA)?
A VA has excellent personal assistant and administrative skills, is self-employed and works remotely from their clients. A VA will usually work for clients on a retained long term basis but can also work on individual projects.
A VA will provide the same high level of support that a personal assistant would give. VAs work from their own offices (usually from home) and are employed by clients to provide support as and when needed.
VAs can work with clients across all business sectors, ranging from entrepreneurs to national and international corporate organisations.
VAs will have built up a strong skills set of personal assistant and executive support experience before embarking on their own business venture.
Do you need a VA?
Ask yourself these questions....
- Is coping with business administration and office organisation a drain on your time and energy?
-
Do you need regular high class administrative support without the overheads of employing a permanent member of staff?
-
Do you need a pivotal role in your executive or senior management team to act as a conduit for communication and to support the team as a whole?
- Would you benefit from having someone trustworthy organising your diary and travel arrangements?
-
Is your Inbox close to overload? Would you feel reassured knowing someone was monitoring your emails so you didn't miss anything important?
-
Are you a small business, or are you just starting out, and would find employing a permanent member of your team to carry out administration too much of a strain on your business finances?
-
Do you need someone with excellent administration skills to support an ad-hoc project but don't want to employ agency staff?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, please contact me to discuss how Virtually Does It can support you and your business.
