A full client consultation is carried out with each new client to establish your requirements.   This takes place over the telephone.   It is vital that we are able to communicate efficiently and successfully in this way as we will predominantly be working remotely.  Any client visits and adhoc office work can be discussed during the consultation.

It is very much a personal service which is tailored to meet your own unique business sector and way of working.  A list of typical VA services are given here, however this is not exhaustive and any additional services can be discussed during the consultation.

All work is emailed, posted, faxed or couriered to me, as I will be working remotely from my own fully equipped office, and will be returned to you by your chosen method (all associated postal charges will be invoiced at cost).
